Jesus final days on earth

When the men found the disciples, They told them of all the happenings and then Jesus appeared to all of them again to tell them of all of the prophesies that were fullfilled and also to show them His wounds in His hands and feet.
To prove that He was alive again, He asked them for some food to eat, they gave Him a piece of fish and He ate it. Jesus reminded the eleven that He had warned them about the things that were about to happen so they would be forewarned. After Jesus had risen again and gone up to Heaven then the job of preaching to the masses about repentance and remission of sins in the name of Jesus was left with the disciples to carry on after His departure.
Jesus went out with the men to Bethany where He lifted up His hands to the sky and started to rise into the air above them as He departed on His return to the Father in Heaven. The disciples would see Jesus no more but they later received the Holy Spirit whom was strength and guidance to them all to carry on the work of the Father then and always.
Since then not only Jesus disciples, but millions of people on this Earth have been used to tell of Jesus coming here, teaching the Word and bringing many to repentance of sin so they could be guaranteed an afterlife in Heaven.
This is how I interpreted the Easter Story.
